Kevin Korb has 35 years of retail experience in FMCG, latterly as a Main Board Director of Pick n Pay Retailers. In addition – Acting Food Director of GAME; Merchandise Director of Franklins in Australia; Worked with JS Sainsbury’s in London. Kevin has vast experience in Buying, General Management and Marketing, all at Director level.

 

Kevin Wynne has 35 years service in the Retail Sector with significant experience in both operational and corporate functions. At different times Kevin has held the position of General Manager and Divisional Director, namely: General Manager – Strategy and Planning; General Manager – Results Management Office; General Manager – SAP Human Capital Management System, Talent Management & Compensation; General Manager – Human Resources; General Manager – Business Development; General manager – Labour Relations and Business Development Director of a company in the Retail Sector. Kevin has represented one of the big retailers at the Retailers Association also served as a trustee of pension and provident funds situated in South Africa and Botswana.

 

Cindy Hoffmann has 30 years HR generalist experience, most recently at subsidiary director and Head of Department level at Pick n Pay Retailers – responsible for talent management, recruitment, benefits and compensation, training, employment equity, industrial relations and employee stakeholder management. Cindy also served as a Trustee on the company provident fund, and was chairperson of the Benefits Committee.

Clive Hawkins has 40 years of experience working for various corporates in the FMCG industry ranging from manufacturing, importing and distribution, as well as logistics. Clive was also a partner in a Sales and Merchandizing business which represented many of the major brands in South Africa. Clive has operated in various roles ranging from General Management, Business Development as well as roles within Sales & Marketing . Clive’s passion has always been around people and people development. Clive has both national and International exposure through various learning institutions in this area of expertise.
